We serve all of Southern California with fast response times to the following cities: Chino, Claremont, Corona, Diamond Bar, Fontana, Industry, La Puente, La Verne, Montclair, Norco, Ontario, Phillips Ranch, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, Rowland Heights, San Dimas, Upland, West Covina, Walnut, Brea, Fullerton, Freeways 10, 15, 60, 71, and 605.

3.0 Company Overview

We specialize in flatbed transport of automobiles. Flatbed transport is the safest way to transport an automobile and results in the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Our equipment is up-to-date and maintained in "like new" condition. Our regularly scheduled tow truck maintenance plan is designed to maximize safety and minimize down time. An extensive safety check and signoff procedure is performed on each tow truck at the beginning of each shift. All tow trucks have been freshly painted and are continuously washed and touched up to project a clean, new image. Our towmen uniforms are designed to convey our professional approach to providing tow truck services.

Our employees are experienced, trained, professional tow truck operators. Each employee is required to attend weekly safety meetings chaired by our operations manager. They are required, at company expense, to regularly attend tow truck certification, safety, and training programs offered by the California Tow Truck Association and other professional organizations.

We believe that happy, secure employees result in happy, satisfied customers. Employee benefit packages are essential to long term employee security and satisfaction. 5.0 Communication Equipment

Our communication equipment includes radio dispatch systems at the dispatch center and in each tow truck.

Our business location includes an office, a dispatching center, and a storage yard at 525 W. State Street in Ontario, Ca. near the city boundaries of Pomona and Chino. The location is convenient to the 60, 71, 10, 605, and 15 freeways and provides for speedy access to all surrounding areas including Pomona, Chino, Chino Hills, Diamond Bar, Phillips Ranch, Walnut, Industry, Fontana, Claremont, Montclair, La Puente, West Covina, Covina, La Verne, Upland, Brea, San Dimas, Rowland Heights, and Rancho Cucamonga.

Our truck maintenance facilities include a garage, a large concrete service area, and a fully equipped workshop and enclosed work area.

Our storage yard is located immediately adjacent to our office and dispatch center. The area is paved and provides a secure, clean, and "friendly" storage environment for our customer's automobiles and property. Because the area is immediately next to our dispatch center, it is continuously monitored by our personnel.

Our office and dispatching center is a fully equipped office with all the necessary office equipment including a computer, a FAX machine, a copier, a phone system, and dispatch communication equipment. A lobby and waiting room area is provided for our customers. Rest facilities are available for drivers working the late night and graveyard shifts.

7. Insurance Coverage

Our insurance coverage includes $1,000,000 of combined single limit insurance per accident or occurrence, $100,000 of on-hook insurance, and $100,000 of garage keeper's insurance.
